지우솔루션(주)(이하 '회사'라 합니다.)은 회원의 사생활 및 개인정보를 적극적으로 보호하여 정보화 사회에서의 통신의 자유를 보장하고자 아래와 같이 개인정보취급방침을 명시하여 실천하고 있습니다.

2. 개인정보의 수집 목적 및 이용
회사가 개인정보를 수집하는 목적은 양질의 서비스 제공 및 회원 개개인의 기호와 필요에 따른 맞춤화된 서비스를 제공해드리기 위한 것입니다.

4. 자신의 개인정보 열람, 수정 및 삭제
회사의 회원은 언제든지 자신의 개인정보를 열람하거나 수정할 수 있으며, 회원 등록 해지를 통해서 개인정보의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 개인정보의 열람, 수정 및 삭제는 홈페이지 내 개인정보관리 페이지에서 하실 수 있습니다.

5. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
회사의 서비스를 제공 받는 동안 회원의 개인정보는 회사가 계속 보유하고 서비스의 제공을 위해서 이용합니다.
원칙적으로 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 다음 정보에 대해서는 아래의 이유로 명시한 기간 동안 보존 합니다.

회원이 탈퇴한 경우에도 회사는 원활한 서비스의 제공 및 부정한 서비스의 이용을 방지하기 위하여 아래와 같이 회원정보를 보관합니다.

(2) 관련 법령에 의한 정보보유 사유
상법, 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등 관계 법령의 규정에 의하여 보존할 필요가 있는 경우 회사는 관계 법령에서 정한 일정한 기간 동안 회원정보를 보관합니다. 이 경우 회사는 보관하는 정보를 그 보관의 목적으로만 이용하며 보존기간은 아래와 같습니다.

6. 개인정보의 파기절차
회원님이 회원가입 등을 위해 입력하신 정보는 목적이 달성된 후 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 의한 정보보호 사유에 따라(보유 및 이용기간 참조) 일정 기간 저장된 후 파기됩니다.

종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각을 통하여 파기하고, 전자적 파일형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.

7. 개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치?운영 및 그 거부에 관한 사항
회사는 회원에게 개별적으로 특화된 맞춤서비스를 제공하기 위해서 회원의 정보를 수시로 저장하고 찾아내는 '쿠키(cookie)'를 사용합니다. 쿠키는 당사의 웹사이트를 운영하는데 이용되는 서버가 사용자의 브라우저에 보내는 소량의 텍스트 파일로서 사용자의 컴퓨터 하드디스크에 저장되며, 사용자의 컴퓨터는 식별하지만 사용자를 개인적으로 식별하지는 않습니다.

9. 회원 및 법정 대리인의 권리와 그 행사방법
회원 및 법정 대리인은 언제든지 등록되어 있는 자신 혹은 당해 만14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있으며 가입 해지를 요청할 수도 있습니다.

회원 혹은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보 조회/수정을 위해서는 '개인정보변경'(또는 '회원정보수정' 등)을, 가입해지(동의철회)를 위해서는 '회원탈퇴'를 클릭하여 본인 확인 절차를 거치신 후 직접 열람, 정정 또는 탈퇴가 가능합니다.혹은 개인정보관리책임자에게 서면, 전화 또는 이메일로 연락하시면 지체없이 조치하겠습니다.

회사는 회원 혹은 법정 대리인의 요청에 의해 해지 또는 삭제된 개인정보는 '회사가 수집하는 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간'에 명시된 바에 따라 처리하고 그 외의 용도로 열람 또는 이용할 수 없도록 처리하고 있습니다.

10. 개인정보보호 관련 대책
회사는 회원 본인의 비밀번호 요청 등에 의해 개인정보를 다룰 때 가능한 최선의 방법으로 본인임을 확인하고 안전하게 정보가 처리될 수 있도록 최선을 다합니다.

회사는 개인정보에 대한 접근권한을 개인정보관리책임자 등 개인정보관리업무를 수행하는 자, 기타 업무상 개인정보의 취급이 불가피한 자로 제한하며, 개인정보를 취급하는 직원에 대한 수시 교육을 통하여 개인정보취급방침의 준수를 항상 강조하고 있습니다.

위와 같은 회사의 노력 이외에 회원은 아이디와 비밀번호, 주민등록번호 등 개인정보가 인터넷 상에 노출되거나 타인에게 유출되지 않도록 주의하여야 합니다. 회원 본인의 부주의나 관리소홀로 아이디와 비밀번호 등 개인정보가 유출되었다면 이에 대해서 회사는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
따라서, 회원의 아이디와 비밀번호는 반드시 본인만 사용하시고, 비밀번호를 자주 바꿔주시는 것이 좋으며, 비밀번호는 영문자, 숫자를 혼합하여 타인이 유추하기 어려운 번호를 사용하는 것이 좋습니다.

또한 서비스의 이용을 마친 후에는 항상 로그아웃을 하여 주시고 웹 브라우저를 종료하는 것이 좋습니다. 특히, 다른 사람과 컴퓨터를 공유하거나, 공공장소에서 이용하는 경우에 개인정보의 보안을 위해서는 이와 같은 절차가 더욱 필요합니다.

채팅, 게시판, 이메일 등을 통해 자신이 자발적으로 제공하는 개인정보는 다른 사람들에 의하여 본인의 의도와는 다르게 이용될 수 있다는 사실을 염두에 두어야 합니다. 회원님의 로그인 패스워드에 대한 보안을 유지할 책임은 회원님 자신에게 있으므로, 다른 사람에게도 공개되어 있는 공간에는 자신의 개인정보를 함부로 남겨서는 안됩니다. 또한 PC방이나, 기타 공공장소 등 주변에 다른 사람들이 많은 곳에서는 서비스를 이용하고 있는 동안 다른 사람들이 자신의 컴퓨터 화면을 볼 수도 있다는 사실을 염두에 두고 개인정보가 노출되지 않도록 주의하여야 합니다.
